This week we opened our new tasting area integrated in the cellar facilities, both for direct sales and guided wine tastings. The area, with a nice entrance under a huge fig tree, is been decorated with the furniture preserved in an old grocery. We restored all of it and created a warm space very close to the vineyards.
Cangas tastes good is a tapas route set every year in this village nearby Vigo and where our godello and mencía Casal de Furcos ROCÍO are this year between the contestants proposals. Actually they were chosen by two restaurants to combine with their tapas. It comes with a tuna pie in Tía Brígida and a turkey recipe with mustard cook by Restaurante El Cortijo.
Casal de Furcos ROCÍO godello was last weekend in Restaurante Pirri IV in Murcia. The event was organized by our distributor Rumial SL, and it included a guided tasting of godello previous to the dinner discovering all the great values of this grape to the guests. It was a new step in our good position in this area of Spain.
