Varietal wine hundred per cent made with Mencía grape, with violet red colour. With fine aromas typical in Mencía grapes, like cinnamon and raspberries, along with mineral, spice and smoky notes.

Made with selected grapes, the first impression at the mouth is freshness, velvet, complexity, with silkiness from ageing it on their lees for five months.
